If you have placed an order by mistake or have decided to change or cancel it, contact us immediately before the item gets shipped out from our warehouse. We will issue a Full refund immediately, back into your account.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

1.  If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
2.  If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 3-7Day Replacement Guarantee below.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
